What makes you different?
What makes this process different is the mix of experience I bring to it.
I have worked retail. I have managed a boutique with a wide range of brands. I have helped run the online sales side of a store, which means I understand how clothes are being marketed and sold to you — and how to shop smarter because of that.
I know brands, fit, fabric, quality, merchandising, and the little details that make a piece worth buying or worth skipping.
I also bring an art background, which shapes the way I look at proportion, color, texture, balance, and personal style. And because I have an education background, I do not just hand you clothes and expect you to figure it out. I teach you how to understand your style, your closet, and your shopping choices in a way that actually makes sense.
Teaching during a pandemic also made me really comfortable with technology, which is why my virtual styling process is still deeply personal, clear, and easy to follow. You are not getting a watered-down version of styling if we work together virtually. You are getting a thoughtful, strategic process built around your real life.
At the end of the day, what makes this different is me — my eye, my experience, my process, and the way I help you connect the dots between your closet, your lifestyle, and the woman you are becoming.
How much time do I need to set aside for this process?
This process is designed for women who are already very busy. Yes, it requires your input, try-ons, and feedback, but the point is to remove the hours of scrolling, guessing, returning, and decision fatigue that are already costing you time. We are doing the work upfront so your closet becomes easier to use every day. I would say an average amount of time to plan to invest would be 8-10 hours over our time working together. I handle the rest for you.
How long does this process take?
The full process typically takes 6-8 weeks from start to finish, depending on scheduling, shipping timelines, try-ons, and how quickly decisions are made.
This is an intentional process, not a rushed shopping appointment. We are building a wardrobe with strategy, clarity, and long-term wearability in mind.
What if I do not know my personal style yet?
That is exactly why this process exists. You do not need to come in with perfectly defined style words or a fully formed vision. We will uncover what you are drawn to, what fits your lifestyle, what makes you feel most like yourself, and how to translate that into actual pieces and outfits.
I honestly LOVE when clients come to me and say they’re unsure what their personal style is. We define this together during your Style Discovery.
Do you work with my budget?
Yes. We will talk through your clothing budget before shopping begins so recommendations are realistic and intentional. The goal is to spend in the right places and stop wasting money on pieces that do not get worn.
We check in between shopping rounds too to make sure that we are still aligned with the budget we are spending on clothes.
What if I do not love the things you pull?
Your feedback is part of the process. The goal is not for me to hand you a list and hope for the best. We use your responses, preferences, and try-on feedback to refine the direction so your wardrobe becomes more aligned, not more confusing.
I also expect that clients won’t love everything. That’s part of the process. Figuring out what you don’t like and why is honestly more informative sometimes than just knowing what you do like.
I will say I work best with clients that are open minded to trying new things and truly want to refine their style not just get more clothes in their closet.
This investment is big. How do I know it’s worth it?
Here is what I know: this is not about a couple of outfits.
Yes, we are shopping for clothes. Yes, we are creating outfits. Yes, you are going to walk away with a closet that feels better and looks better.
But the deeper work is changing the way you think about your wardrobe.
This process gives you a strategy for your closet so you are not continuing to waste money on things you do not need, make impulse purchases that you do not end up loving, or second-guess every shopping choice because you are not sure what actually works for you.
It is going to shift the mental load around your closet every single day.
So instead of only asking, “How do I know if this is worth it?” I would also ask: what is it costing you not to do this?
Because not having a closet strategy is costing you mental space before every event, every vacation, every big meeting, every date night, every family photo, and every morning when you need to get dressed and move on with your day.
At some point, the question becomes less about whether it is worth investing in the solution, and more about how much longer it is worth dealing with the same problem every day.
Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely, we can coordinate a payment schedule before you sign your contract with me.
